Does Russell Outdoor Living + Custom Pools offer a warranty?
YES! At Russell Outdoor Living + Custom Pools, we stand behind our work. We provide an industry standard (2) year warranty on general construction. Pool + Spa warranties start with LIFETIME on Gunite and 10+ years on Pool Interior. All appliances and equipment are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranties, which can extend coverage on some items up to 10 years. We've got you covered!
Who will manage my Project?
Bart, the Owner, will be on-site monitoring the construction of your new Pool, NOT a salesperson or random worker. This means there is no break in communication. Want to make a change? Just let Bart know. Have a question about a process or what’s happening in YOUR backyard? Ask Bart. He has an excellent rapport with the subcontractors of all phases of the Pool and Outdoor Living building process. The Office oversees documentation for your HOA approval, as well as the contract and warranty registrations. Your Project is top priority!
How long will my Project take to complete?
This is an excellent question! On average, Pool Projects take 5 - 7 weeks to complete. Russell Outdoor Living + Custom Pools strives to complete your Project in a timely manner. However, since quality is our main objective, we refuse to cut corners just to save time. An Outdoor Project is greatly affected by the conditions of the day. Rain and inclement weather are factors that are beyond our control. The bottom line, Russell Outdoor Living + Custom Pools will keep you updated regarding Project details and strives to exceed your expectations!
Does Russell Outdoor Living + Custom Pools help with financing?
Yes, At Russell Outdoor Living + Custom Pools, we will work with your Financial Institution as needed for you to obtain the financing required. We provide all documentation requested from your Financial Institution as the Contractor of your Project. Since most Lending Institutions follow similar procedures, we have experience in this area and are confident that the process will go smoothly.
